- 30 daysFrom the date you receive your parcel.
- 14 days statutoryUnder the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — your legal right to cancel without giving a reason.
- ConditionNew, unused, original packaging and tags attached. No washing, alterations or damage from wear.
- Bring proofOrder number to hand — speeds the whole thing up.
What can't come back
- PersonalisedCustom names, numbers, dates, slogans — made just for you, can't be re-sold.
- WigsHygiene exclusion. Once worn or unwrapped.
- HosieryTights, stockings, fishnets — hygiene exclusion.
- UnderwearBras, briefs, basques — hygiene exclusion.
- Cosmetics with broken sealsFace paint, glitter, latex — once opened, cannot be re-sold.
- Final sale itemsMarked clearly on the product page before you buy.
Faulty or damaged
- Within 30 daysFull refund, replacement or repair — your choice.
- 30 days – 6 monthsReplacement, repair, or refund (Consumer Rights Act 2015).
- Postage coveredWe send a pre-paid return label. You don't pay to send a fault back.
- Photo proofEmail a clear photo of the damage with your order number. Speeds approval.
- Wrong item shippedSame process. Tell us what you received vs what you ordered.

- 03 · Post itUse a tracked, signed-for service. Keep your receipt — proof of postage protects you.
- 04 · We inspectWithin 2–3 working days of arrival.
- 05 · RefundIssued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of approval.
Refunds & timing
- Original methodCard → card. PayPal → PayPal. Apple/Google Pay → original card.
- AmountItem value. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless the return is a fault on us.
- Return postageYou cover return postage on change-of-mind returns. We cover it on faults and our errors.
- Bank delaysOnce we issue, your bank takes 3–5 days. Beyond that, contact your bank first.
- Lost in postTracked service is essential — without tracking we can't investigate a missing return.
