If we get it wrong, we fix it. No quibble, no charge.

Personalised orders ship from a UK printing partner, usually within 1–2 working days of you placing them. We stand behind every print — if it’s not right when it lands, we’ll reprint it at our cost.

What's covered

  • Print errors: If the name is mis-spelt versus what you submitted, we reprint and re-ship at our cost.
  • Print quality faults: Faded transfers, peeling, off-centre placement, ink bleed — we fix it.
  • Wrong product sent: Wrong size, wrong colour, wrong design — we send the right one.
  • Damaged in transit: Send a photo, we’ll reprint or refund.

What's not covered

  • Names printed exactly as you typed them. If “Sarah” was meant to be “Sara” and the order said “Sarah”, that’s our reprint cost — not free. Always double-check before checkout.
  • Wrong size ordered. Sizing chart’s on every product page; choose carefully. Returns are accepted but not free.
  • Change of mind on personalised items. Once printed, personalised items can’t be resold, so we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.

How to claim

  1. Email hello@dressloud.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the name on the tee, and a photo of the issue.
  3. We’ll reply within 1 working day. Most reprints ship within 2 working days of confirmation.

If your event is close, tell us the date in your message and we’ll prioritise.

Why we offer this

Squads plan around their kit. A reprint two weeks late doesn’t help if the weekender was last weekend. We’d rather lose money on a reprint than have you turn up to your Big Weekender, hen do or stag with a tee you can’t wear. So if we get it wrong, the fix is on us.
