This policy outlines the accepted payment methods, processing procedures, and related terms for purchases made through www.dressloud.co.uk. DRESS LOUD is a trading name of Weekender Brands Limited (company number 15832914).

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. By completing your order, you authorise DRESS LOUD to charge the total amount, including any applicable delivery charges.
Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.
Weekender Brands Limited is not currently VAT registered. No VAT is charged or shown separately on invoices or receipts.
Delivery charges are displayed separately at checkout and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise (e.g. personalised items include free delivery).
Payment Security
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) or PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant and use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.
We do not store, access, or have visibility of your complete payment card details at any time. Your financial information is handled entirely by our payment processors.
Payment Processing
- Payments are charged immediately when you place your order at checkout
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order and payment have been successfully processed
- If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer to resolve the issue before retrying
Currency
All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are outside our control and are your responsibility.
Order Verification
To protect against fraud and unauthorised transactions, we reserve the right to verify payment and order details before dispatching your order. This may include:

Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
